Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 18, 2012, Mark S. Smith, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations of Infoblox Inc. (the “Company”), submitted his resignation as an executive officer of the Company. While Mr. Smith ceased serving in his former capacity effective immediately upon his resignation, he is expected to continue to serve the Company until mid-October. The Company has promoted Christopher J. Andrews to Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, effective immediately.
