On September 17, 2012, the Board of Directors of Haynes International, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Daniel W. Maudlin as the Vice President — Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of December 1, 2012.  Mr. Maudlin has been the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since September 2004.  Mr. Maudlin is 46 years old.
