On June 11, 2012, ECCE issued a press release announcing the acquisition of 85% Working Interest in 3,683 acres in Frio County, Texas.

On September 12, 2012, ECCE issued a press release giving an operations update of the East Pearsall Project in Frio County, Texas. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
