Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 14, 2012, Mediacom Broadband LLC and Mediacom Broadband Corporation issued a press release announcing that they have called for redemption the entire outstanding principal amount of their 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2015. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
