Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders

Other Events
On September 11, 2012, the Company's board of directors authorized the extension of the exercise dates of the Company's current outstanding common stock purchase warrants from the original one (1) year term to July 16, 2013.
This modification will permit the warrant holders the opportunity to exercise their warrants for an additional period of time. Additionally, this extension of time will provide the Company with additional time to prepare and file a registration statement whereby the Company would be entitled to call the warrants. The warrants are considered an important part of the Company's financing plans.
