This Amendment to the Form 8-K filed by Rock Energy Resources, Inc. on September 5, 2012, is being filed to correct the “Maturity Date” of the loan from Maximilian Investors LLC, by deleting the incorrect date of September 1, 2013, and inserting the correct date of “September 1, 2014”.
