On September 7, 2012, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release to announce the election of Ronald D. Butler II as Chief Administrative Officer of the Company. The press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1, is incorporated herein by reference.
