Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 5, 2012, Mr. Ligang Shang submitted to Sen Yu International Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) his resignation as director, vice president and corporate secretary of the Company, which became effective on September 5, 2012. Mr. Shang stated in his resignation letter that his resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
The Company is in the process of identifying a qualified candidate to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Shang’s resignation.
