Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 6, 2012, BakerCorp International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencement of an exchange offer for all of the Company’s 8.25% Senior Notes due 2019, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
