On August 28, 2012, Mr. Heyin Lv resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of Longhai Steel Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Lv is not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter. The Company is currently in the process of selecting a new Chief Financial Officer, and will file a subsequent Current Report on Form 8-K when the selection is made.
