On August 23, 2012, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on September 28, 2012, to shareholders of record on September 10, 2012. In addition, the Company announced that 64.3% of the eligible member votes of First Federal MHC, the company that owns 61.2% of the outstanding stock of Kentucky First Federal, approved the waiver of the receipt of dividends on the shares owned by First Federal MHC. For more information, see the Company’s press release dated August 23, 2012, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
