Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 27, 2012, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Auxilium”) issued a press release announcing that additional data from Auxilium’s phase III IMPRESS trials, assessing XIAFLEX® (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) for the potential treatment of Peyronie’s disease, will be presented at the Sexual Medicines Society of North America (SMSNA)/International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM) Joint Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL.
