On August 20, 2012, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the declaration of a semi annual cash dividend of $0.32 per common share, payable on September 21, 2012, to shareholders of record as of September 7, 2012. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
