The trends in the Seattle Bank’s business are consistent with those experienced at other FHLBanks: • All FHLBanks reported positive net income for the second quarter. • All FHLBanks met their regulatory capital requirements in the second quarter. • Advances levels were flat relative to year-end 2011.
