ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On August 15, 2012, we announced that we entered into a 90-day due diligence option with Silver Leaf Exploration to lease 54 unpatented claims in Owyhee County, Idaho which comprise almost all of the historic Flint Mining District. We paid Silver Leaf $15,000 as an option payment and will cover the BLM filing costs on the unpatented claims which are due by the end of August.
