Williams Partners Completes $750 Million Offering of Senior Notes
TULSA, Okla. Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) today announced that it has completed a public offering of $750 million of its 3.35-percent senior notes due 2022 at a price of 99.975 percent of par.
Williams Partners plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under the partnerships credit facility and for general partnership purposes.
UBS Investment Bank, RBS Securities Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
