Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2012, Remark Media, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
