On August 6, 2012, H. Scott Harvey announced his resignation, effective as of August 20, 2012, from his position as Secretary, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer of Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. to pursue an opportunity as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Progreso Financiero.
