Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2012, Silicon Graphics International Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results of the Company's fourth quarter ended June 29, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
