Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Lydall, Inc. (the “Company”) has completed the strategic review with respect to its Thermal/Acoustical Fibers segment (the “Fibers Business”) that it announced on May 2, 2012. Based on that review, the Company has determined to retain the Fibers Business for the foreseeable future.
