Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8 2012, IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012 and providing guidance for the third fiscal quarter and full year 2012 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
