On July 31, 2012, Hugh M. McIntosh resigned as a Class A manager of Constellation Energy Partners LLC (the “Company”), effective July 31, 2012.
Constellation Energy Partners Management LLC (“CEPM”), the sole owner of the Company’s Class A units, has the right to name a replacement to serve as a Class A manager of the Board of Managers of the Company. CEPM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PostRock Energy Corporation.
