Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On July 31, 2012, AGL Resources Inc. amended its Bylaws to add a new section on the inspection of books and records, to be effective as of the same date. A copy of the amended Bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
