On August 1, 2012, H. Palmer Proctor Jr., President of Fidelity Southern Corporation (the “Company”), and Stephen H. Brolly, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, gave a presentation to attendees at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods 2012 Community Bank Investors Conference in New York City.
