Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 2, 2012, Smart Balance, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
