On August 1, 2012, ManTech International Corporation announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2012, and provided updated earnings guidance for fiscal year 2012. ManTech also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend payment to its stockholders. A dividend of $0.21 per share will be paid on September 21, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 7, 2012. The declaration of future dividend payments is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. A copy of the August 1, 2012 release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
