| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On July 30, 2012, HFF, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and transaction production results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
