The 2012 annual meeting of unitholders of Constellation Energy Partners LLC will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. local time at 1801 Main Street, Suite 1300, Houston, Texas 77002. Unitholders of record on October 25, 2012, will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
