Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 30, 2012, Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (“MPS”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
