Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On July 30, 2012, Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. The matter submitted to the stockholders for a vote was the election of five directors to serve until the 2013 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualify.
