(b) Departure of Executive Officer
Effective July 25, 2012, Mr. David Schie’s employment with Semtech Corporation (the “Company”) terminated. Mr. Schie was the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, Power Management and High Reliability Products.
All duties and responsibilities previously performed by Mr. Schie have been assumed by Mr. Jeffrey Pohlman, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Protection Products Group. Mr. Pohlman will not be receiving any additional compensation in connection with his assumption of these duties and responsibilities
