Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On July 27, 2012, SCBT Financial Corporation (“SCBT”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012, along with certain other financial information.  A copy of SCBT’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
