Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 27, 2012, SBA Communications Corporation (“SBA”) issued a press release announcing that an indirect subsidiary of SBA had priced an offering of $610 million of Secured Tower Revenue Securities Series 2012-1. A copy of the press release is filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
