Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On July 23, 2012, NeuLion, Inc. (the “Company”) finalized and executed an Amendment 1 to Contract for Services (the “Amendment”) by and between the Company and KyLin TV, Inc. (“KyLin TV”) pursuant to which, among other things, the term of the underlying agreement was extended, the Company fee schedule was revised and KyLin TV was appointed as the exclusive distributor of all of the Company’s present business-to-consumer IPTV interests. The effective date of the Amendment is April 1, 2012. A copy of the Amendment is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
