ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On July 27, 2012, Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release describing its results of operations for the quarter and year-to-date ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the related press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
