Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 26, 2012, Glu Mobile Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
