EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Federal-Mogul Corporation (the “Company”) on July 26, 2012 (the “Original Form 8-K”) solely to correct an error by the financial printer in the data included in the financial tables to the press release. All other information in the Original Form 8-K remains unchanged.
