Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 26, 2012, the Company announced that its board of directors had declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable on September 7, 2012, to all holders of common stock of record as of August 24, 2012.
