The board of directors appointed Mr. Greene to its Budget, Compensation and Financial Services Committees. On July 25, 2012 Umpqua Holdings Corporation issued a press release about the appointment of Mr. Greene to its board of directors. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by herein by reference. | |
