Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 20, 2012, Patapsco Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its unaudited financial results for the twelve months ended June 30, 2012. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated July 20, 2012, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 20, 2012, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors approved a plan to deregister the Company’s common stock and suspend reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
