Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 24, 2012, Orchids Paper Products Company (the “Registrant”) reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the Registrant’s press release containing this information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously announced, the Registrant will hold a teleconference to discuss second quarter results at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. The call-in number is 888-339-2688 and the pass code is 441 360 95. The call may also be accessed live via webcast through the Registrant’s website at www.orchidspaper.com under “Investors.” A replay of the teleconference will be available for 30 days on the Registrant’s website.
