On July 24, 2012, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) discussing financial results for the three and six month period ended June 30, 2012, and reaffirmed earnings guidance for 2012 in the range of $2.35 - $2.50 per fully diluted share. The Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
