Exelis Inc. (the “Company”) provided a response to questions contained in a letter from certain members of the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services. The questions requested information related to potential impacts to the Company should sequestration under the Budget Control Act be executed as scheduled.
The Company’s response is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
