On July 19, 2012, Total System Services, Inc. (“TSYS”) announced that it had entered into a master services agreement, with a minimum six year term, with Bank of America to provide processing services for its consumer credit card portfolios in the U.S. In addition, TSYS will continue to process Bank of America’s commercial credit card portfolios in the U.S. and Internationally. A copy of the press release issued by TSYS is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
