          On July 12, 2012, the Company announced that its 2012 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel, One Monarch Place, Springfield, MA. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting will be September 19, 2012.
