Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 13, 2012, Ferro Corporation issued a press release announcing it would conduct a conference call on Thursday, July 26, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2012. During the call, the Company will also provide its current view of business conditions during the remainder of 2012.
A copy of the press release is attached, hereto, as Exhibit 99.1.
