On July 11, 2012, Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a mid-year letter to the Company’s stockholders from Robert A. Young, President and Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the press release, which includes the letter, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
