Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On July 9, 2012, Union First Market Bankshares Corporation named Robert M. Gorman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective July 23, 2012. Mr. Gorman succeeds D. Anthony Peay who was named Chief Banking Officer for Union First Market Bank in April 2012.
