Item 8.01 – Other Events

On July 9, 2012, N-Viro International Corporation issued an information release regarding the United Nations selection of the Dan Viro plant in Israel as an example of environmental sustainability. The N-Viro process reduces 15% of the total flow of untreated sludge from entering the Mediterranean Sea. The information release has been attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
