Production Update Red Lake Field Field was completely shut-in for 3 weeks in February and March due to a compression system upgrade at the gas plant that processes our natural gas Production impact was ~1,515 Bbls/d and 1.7 MMcf/d (~1,800 Boe/d) Production was restored in mid March Since March, field has steadily produced and has performed better than anticipated Including production from new wells, current field production is ~2,100 Boe/d Pecos Slope Field Approximately 1.2 MMcf/d of production remains curtailed due to the gas containing an amount of nitrogen greater than our gas purchaser's specification Production curtailment is expected to remain at this level until a field-wide nitrogen rejection facility is installed in October 2012 by the gas gathering company Curtailment’s impact on operating cash flow is insignificant as production is dry natural gas LRR Energy, L.P.
